Estimate Agreement

When an estimate is presented for approval, the Duty Motor Engineer will review the case and scrutinise the estimate. If the estimate falls within guideline limits we will, where possible, compile a Glassmatix estimate and compare the figures. Our ATECEA engineer will then contact the repairer to negotiate and agree the estimate.

Final Accounts for Approval

When a Final Account is sent on to the Duty Motor Engineer we will compare the original Motor Engineer’s Report with the Final Account. If the difference is within the guideline limit then the Duty Motor Engineer may approve such accounts, or in the event of a discrepancy with the Final Account figures our engineers will contact the garage to recheck the work carried out and resolve any issues.
