Using ATECEA’s Duty Engineer to finalise pre accident valuations will add benefit to the claims process by reducing excessive vehicle valuation and reducing claims cycle time. Using photographs and an estimate our desktop duty engineer can determine if further investigation is required. The desktop engineer will decide whether they can action the case based on the photographs and estimate or if a garage or on-site inspection is required. ATECEA use the latest estimation and quality audit software.
Our panel of engineers can carry out a inspection and forward the report to head office where the duty engineer can finalise the PAV to the correct market value and agree same with the customer.
The engineer will also determine the Pre-Accident Value (PAV) based on local market vehicle valuation data.
